At Hammam Spa by Céla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking information for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
